Welcome to FASSIL Finance (the "App", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). This Android Privacy Policy explains how FASSIL Finance accesses, collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects personal and sensitive user data when you use the Android version of the App.

This Policy is intended to support Google Play transparency requirements, including the Data safety section and financial services disclosures. It should be read together with any in-app permission notices shown before a permission or sensitive feature is used.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, please stop using the App.

Important Android Permission Notice

The Android release uses permissions only to support account security, identity verification, financial service application processing, fraud prevention, customer support, notifications, and app operation. We do not sell personal data. We do not use contacts, photos, location, or device data for harassment, debt shaming, or unrelated marketing.

2. Android Permissions and How We Use Them

Permission / Access Purpose
Camera To capture identity document images, face/selfie verification images, avatar images, or support images when you choose to use these features.
Photos / image picker To let you select specific images, such as ID document photos, avatar photos, or support attachments. The App does not need broad access to your entire photo library when Android's system picker is used.
Approximate location To verify application information, reduce fraud risk, match services available in your area, and check whether location information is consistent with application details.
Contacts / contact picker, where available To let you select or enter a contact only when a contact-related feature is available and you take action. We do not use contact information for advertising or debt collection harassment.
Phone / device state To read device status and technical signals used for account security, fraud prevention, device risk checks, and app compatibility.
Network and Wi-Fi state To detect connectivity, improve app stability, protect account security, and support risk-control checks.
Advertising ID and analytics identifiers To measure installs, prevent abuse, analyze app performance, and attribute campaigns. Where required, you can reset or limit advertising identifiers through Android settings.
Push notification token To send service notifications, application status updates, account security notices, and other app-related messages.

When you submit a financial service application, we may share necessary identity, business, application, bank, and verification information with licensed or authorized financial institutions and service partners so they can assess eligibility, process the application, and administer the service.

4.2 Service Providers and SDKs

We may use service providers and SDKs for cloud services, analytics, attribution, push messaging, fraud prevention, crash diagnostics, customer support, and security. These may include Google/Firebase services, Adjust, Facebook App Events, and similar service providers. These providers may process device identifiers, app events, diagnostics, and technical data according to their own privacy terms and our instructions where applicable.

We may disclose data if required by law, regulation, legal process, government request, financial compliance, fraud investigation, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the App, or third parties.

The App is not intended for users under 18 years old. We do not knowingly provide financial application services to minors. If we discover that a minor has provided personal data, we will take reasonable steps to delete it where required.

Your information may be processed on servers or by service providers located in different countries or regions. We will take reasonable steps to protect your data according to this Policy and applicable law.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to legal, regulatory, Google Play, product, or security changes. The updated version will be posted in the App or on an active public URL. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the updated Policy.
